How long will it take to receive my preordered items?

Shipping for preorder times is approximately 4-8 weeks after the close of preorders. Any changes to waiting times will be emailed to you. Please note, all other items ordered that are NOT a preorder will ship separately.

Non preorder items generally can take up to 7 days to ship.

What happens if my item arrived damaged or faulty?

If you your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact Dark Romance Realm on hello@darkromancerealm.com.au , we will sort out either exchange or a refund. For either an exchange or refund we will require you to return the item first, a shipping label will be provided to you, and we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once the item has been received by us, we will either process a refund or exchange the item at no cost to you. Refunds can take anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on your banking institution.

All preordered items come with a 30 days warranty, should anything go wrong during the 30 days after you have received your item, please send us an email with photos of the issue so that we can rectify this for you.

All ready to ship items come with a manufactures warranty of 30 days, and all expenses in regards to the return of the item are covered as well.

Why does it take 4-8 weeks to ship preorder items?

Preorder items are limited edition and printed by hand by Dark Romance Realm. We require 4-8 weeks to ship the item to allow time for manufacturing your preordered product.
